Takde tajuk .....
eee taktau dah nak bubuh tajuk ape untuk entry kali nih.... abis sume idea nih gara2 musim exam melanda !

Mcm student2 lain2 tak kira la student ape pun kalau time exam semestinya sibuk la memanjang dengan nota2 yang sebelum nih tak kuasa pun nak hupdet .. apetah lagi nak tengok. Bila time exam baru la sibuk nak "complete"kan nota, nak carik past year exam paper. Dan musim exam la, penuh library sampai ade yg berkampung kat library.

Memandangkan me dah jadik student 'tua' & juga part time student, maka study kat rumah adalah lebih selesa. Cuma yg kurang selesanya, bila anak tersayang sibuk nak study skali. Orang pegang pen, dia pun nak pen. Orang nak kertas , dia pun nak kertas. Bila dah bagi pen & kertas, dia tulis atas lantai, kat baju & semua la benda yg ada kat sekililing dia.

Okeh tutup cerita exam, update on pregnancy. Minggu ni dah masuk 27 minggu ,next week suda 28 minggu = 7 bulan. Waaaa cepatnya, tak sedar pun. Mcm biasa, rutin check-up, daily vitamins & supplement tambah lagi susu nak minum. Banyak betul rutin yg kadang me terskip jugak.

27 weeks

Your baby is now 37cm long and weighs around ( 0.9 KG). As you enter your third (and final!) trimester, your baby will start to receive immunity to infection from the antibodies that cross through the placenta. This immunity will be boosted by breast-feeding and lasts until your baby is a few months old.

You’re experiencing the pain of heartburn during pregnancy, you’re not alone. It’s more than just indigestion – it’s a powerful burning sensation that seems to be in the middle of the chest. Caused by the release of stomach acid, it’s often brought on by lying flat – not altogether helpful when you’re trying to get some rest!

There are many tried and tested methods of relieving heartburn during pregnancy, so you could try a few of these:

• Eat your evening meal early, and don’t eat anything in the couple of hours before you go to bed

• Take a glass of milk before going to bed

• Sleep upright or propped-up – use a couple of pillows to support your back and neck

okeh cukup la update untk kali nih. Bantal dah melambai2 nih.
