Cara - cara yang boleh membantu :
- minum susu lebih kerap sebab kekurangan kalsium boleh menyebabkan kejang kaki
- dapatkan posisi tidur yg selesa untuk ibu & bayi
- kurangkan pengambilan kafein sebab kafein menyebabkan sukar tidur
- baca surah pendek untuk menenangkan fikiran.
- pakai stokin boleh membantu mengelakkan angin masuk ke dalam badan
